Frequently asked Questions


When you have found the right item in the shop, you can select the desired article by clicking on it and placing it in the shopping basket. If you then continue to follow the order system and send off your order, you will immediately receive order confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address you have specified. When the corresponding article has been sent to you, you will receive a further confirmation by e-mail. The article should reach you within a maximum of seven working days.
We make every effort to ensure that all the articles offered in the shop (and specified as being in stock) actually are available. However, it can happen that at the moment in which you place your order, the same article is also ordered by other shoppers and is therefore no longer available. You will be notified immediately; in addition, the invoice will be amended accordingly.

The articles ordered in the shop, plus the shipping costs, can be paid for using the following means

  • by advance payment
  • by Paypal

Advance payment: Following placement of the order you will receive an invoice with bank account details to which you should transfer the specified invoice sum (including the shipment charges) within five working days. The goods will then be immediately dispatched to you. If payment does not ensue within this time period, we shall be entitled to cancel the order.

Paypal: PayPal is an online payment service company PayPal (Europe) S.A.R.L. & Cie . , S.C.A. To use this payment method, you will need a PayPal account. With PayPal, you can easily pay by entering your email address and password. Then your PayPal account is debited by the amount of your order.

After the end of the order and possibly payment process, the goods are handed over to the package manager and sent to the delivery address indicated by you. The shipping costs for shipping within Austria are 4,90 € (free shipping for orders from 250 €). The shipping costs for shipping to Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands are € 6.90. All packages are insured against loss and damage.

If an ordered article fails to please, you can return it to us within a period of two weeks (of receipt of the goods). Please use only the enclosed return consignment form for returns. If you don’t happen to have a return consignment form you can obtain a new form under order@stierclothing.com or by ringing stating the order number. Please use the enclosed parcel label for returning goods and hand the goods over to the specified package delivery service only. Please note that we can only accept unworn, unwashed and not soiled goods as returns. Furthermore, some articles are secured with security seals. If the goods are damaged, soiled, washed or if the security seal has been damaged or removed, we shall not be obliged to accept the goods or return the purchase price to you. In the case of a return of goods the purchase price AND the postage and packing costs will be refunded in full. Please also note the revocation instructions in the Terms and Conditions.

Once the return has been accepted (the items must be in good condition and internal labels intact), you receive an email confirming that the amount is credited in a few days. Please note that a credit to your credit card always depend on your financial institution.

If you have saved your personal data in a customer account, you can access your customer account using your log in/e-mail address and your password. Data in your customer account (e.g. delivery address, e-mail address, password, etc.) can be changed at any time, and the order status of goods viewed. Should you have forgotten your password, please follow the link and we will send you a new password. You also have the possibility of shopping without an existing customer account.
